term='barre'/><title type='text'>Musculation: Pourquoi préferez les poids libres aux appareils?</title><content type='html'>&lt;p&gt;Beaucoup de sportifs préfèrent utiliser les appareils de musculation aux poids libres. Or, il est bien meilleur de travailler avec des barres et haltères. Voici les principales raisons: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;lorque vous travaillez avec des poids libres, le corps doit rester stable ce qui oblige un effort de gainage important. Ainsi, vous renforcez les muscles du tronc en même temps. Sur une machine, le corps est en général en appui sur un dossier.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;les muscles engagés dans le mouvement effectué avec poids libres sont beaucoup plus importants. En effet, lors d'un mouvement avec barre ou haltères, les muscles agonistes, antagonistes et stabilisateurs des articulations engagés sont tous sollicités. Par exemple, lors d'un développé épaule avec haltères, les muscles stabilisateurs de l'épaule sont beaucoup plus sollicités que lors d'un développé épaule avec une machine. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;le mouvement est généralement plus proche d'un mouvement naturel, polyarticulé et fonctionnel. La pliométrie consiste en un travail de bondissements plus ou moins intenses. C'est un excellent entraînement pour développer sa détente. Il ne faut pas en abuser. Il ne faut pas faire plus de deux-trois séances par semaine en hors saison et pas plus d'une-deux séances par semaine pendant la saison. Commencez avec des bondissements horizontaux puis verticaux à faible hauteur pour finir sur des sauts verticaux de plus en plus hauts. La pliométrie intense ne doit se faire que sur un bon niveau de force.
